Performance of the 2022 Mercedes-AMG® SL
The AMG® SL 55 and AMG® SL 63 are the trim levels for this Mercedes-Benz Roadster. Both are equipped with handcrafted 4.0L V8 biturbo engines.
With 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, the AMG® SL 55 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds. The AMG® SL 63 has 577 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque that can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds.
For driving with ease, there’s an AMG® PERFORMANCE 4MATIC® all-wheel drive system, which enables drivers to have more traction and driving stability in various driving conditions. There’s also AMG® SPEEDSHIFT® MCT 9G Transmission, creating extremely short shift times.
Interior & Exterior Design of the 2022 Mercedes-AMG® SL
The exterior design showcases the latest roadster architecture that’s lightweight for an aerodynamic edge and sporty look.
This roadster comes with a soft convertible top and 2+2 seating configuration. The top can open in 15 seconds at a speed up to 37 mph.

As for tech upgrades, the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system has an 11.9-inch Central Multimedia Touchscreen Display with the ability to incline at 12-32 degrees to reduce glare from the sun.
There’s also an option for a 12.3-inch Digital Instrument Cluster with an integrated visor to mitigate glare.
