Courtesy Car Requirements

At our dealership, we strive to make your experience as convenient as possible.  To ensure a smooth process, please review the guidelines below before your visit.

  1. Valid Driver’s License
    • Unexpired government-issued driver’s license which includes a photograph. Digital licenses are not accepted. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period
    • Photocopies of driver’s licenses are not accepted
    • Learner’s Permits are not accepted
    • Temporary driver’s licenses may be refused if we are unable to otherwise verify the customer’s identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license.
    • Must be over 21
  1. Valid Auto insurance
    • We do not offer or sell any insurance products. Thus, the auto insurance that is presented must cover the vehicle that is being repaired.
    • Primary driver must be a listed insured driver on the policy for the car being repaired.
    • Insurance must be current and in good standing. All insurance is subject to verification upon arrival to the dealership.
    • Please note, we DO NOT accept the following insurance companies:
      • Alliance United
      • Fred Loya
      • National General
      • Nations
      • Qualitas
      • Veronicas
      • Adrianas
      • Vikings
      • Dairyland
  1. Credit or debit card.
    • A valid bank issued (Unexpired debit or credit card) in the name of the primary driver.
    • We do not accept pre-paid, EBT or any reloadable debit cards.
    • A $250 hold will be placed on the credit card provided as a security hold for the loaner vehicle.
